The CSIA Certified Member program is build around an extensive "Best Practices and Benchmarks" process that was developed in concurrence with Fortune 500 companies and others who use control system integrators' services, control manufacturers who often team with these firms and other successful CSIA member companies. To become a Certified CSIA Member, firms must pass an intensive independent audit process that measured the company's performance against benchmarking criteria in seven areas. |
